When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Express orders placed by 10:30 AM EST Monday - Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. All other orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Saturday Deliveries: Orders can be delivered on Saturday via UPS Next Day Air. The shipping and handling fee will include UPS's $12.50 Saturday delivery fee.

We ship via UPS throughout the United States including Alaska & Hawaii. For Alaska and Hawaii, UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day services are required, and will take an additional day (e.g., 2nd Day Air takes 3 days)

For international shipments, please call us at TOLL FREE: 888-689-6682. There is an additional $4.50 handling charge for filling out the customs paperwork, etc.
For Canada, please buy directly from our retailers.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Call us if you want to ship APO.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order was shipped.

The Delivery Address

Please be sure to provide us with complete and accurate delivery information including an accurate zip code. We regret we will have to charge a $14.95 address correction charge if a bad address or zip code is supplied.

Sales Tax ( Massachusetts only)

If you live in Massachusetts, then a sales tax of 5.0% is added.

Payment Methods

Organized From The Start, Inc. accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Amex credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks, or CODs. Our charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Organized From The Start, Inc."

If your credit card declines, you will get a voicemail within 7 business days. For the most part, credit card declines usually occur due to fatigued pregnant women who accidentally transposed or mistyped a credit card number. (Of course, we understand this from personal experience).

Cancellations

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible - usually within 24 hours. If you contact us before your order is processed, we are more than happy to change or cancel your order.

Return Policy

Organized From The Start, Inc. will not accept any return or exchange without a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number written on the original packing slip.

We want you to be happy with your order. However, you may return your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please call us at 888-689-6682 for your RMA number or exchange information.

The item must be in new, unused, resalable condition with original tags and bubble wrap packaging.

Using the RMA label on your original packing slip, ship prepaid and in a trackable fashion back to us. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise are non-refundable.

If you paid for your order with a credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your credit card statement from “Organized From The Start.” Orders paid by credit card cannot be refunded by check. Credit will only be issued back to the original credit card, not to a third party. C.O.D. or Postage Due returns cannot be accepted.
